摘　　要： 农村环境质量急剧恶化是中国目前面临的一个严峻问题,不仅对农民健康权和财产权造成巨大损害,而且导致农村返贫率上升,城乡贫富差距拉大,人与自然关系恶化,进而影响到社会的和谐、稳定与可持续发展。该文在大量的社会调查的基础上,将如何保护农民环境权益放在社会转型这一背景下进行分析,并提出了保护农民环境权益的若干建议。 The rapid deterioration of rural environment is a grim problem that China is confronting, which not only causes great damages to peasants' health and property but also increases the poverty, widens the gap between the rich and the poor and seriously hurts the relation between human beings and nature. Furthermore, it has negative impacts on a stable, harmonious society as well as the sustainable developments. This article, based on a thorough social survey, analyzes how China can protect peasants' environmental benefits in the special background of social transformation.
