摘　　要： 《学衡》旧式语体的运用蕴含着深刻的文化意义,与学衡派的文化主张有内在一致的逻辑关系。《学衡》杂志语体可读出三重意思——《学衡》杂志的学术精英文化定位、学衡派诸人的学者精英定位、学衡派"新旧"文化融合理念。对《学衡》语体进行文化意义上的解读和剖析,能进一步深入了解学衡派的文化思想,并由此管窥当时文化纷争的复杂局面。 Adoption of the style of classical Chinese and no-punctuation is the characteristic of Xueheng. This style contains deep cultural significance relevant to the cultural conception of Xueheng School. It could be understood as three layers of Xueheng style: elite academic positioning, elite scholar positioning of Xueheng School, and the conception of blending concept of 'old and new' culture. With the analysis of Xueheng, the cultural thoughts of Xueheng School could be further understood, and the complicated cultural phases at that time could be looked through.
