摘 要: 本文介绍自差拍光混频准弹性激光散射装置和技术,以及用该技术首次实现对几种C_8卵磷酯加盐水溶液中微团的流体力学半径,扩散系数和多散性的直接测量. Homodyne quasielastic light scattering technique was used to measure thehydrodynamic radii, diffusion coefficients and polydispersity of the micelles inC_8-lecithin and salt aqueous solutions. It was found that the micellar growth followed away of a continuous transition in micellar size and shape from spherical aggregates topolydisperse worm-like, locally cylindrical but flexible stuctures.The added 0.48M / LKCl could increase the micellar size, while the added 0.047M/ L KI had opposite effecton the micelles.
