摘 要: 利用锥形量热仪在30kW·m^-2热辐照条件下,研究了天然胶NR/改性蒙脱土(EMT)体系的燃烧性能,测得最大热释放速率(PHRR)、总热释放(THR),有效燃烧热(EHC),总生烟量(TSR)及质量损失速度(MLR)等参数。实验结果表明,由GMA原位反应制备出具有纳米结构的NR复合材料,表现出体系在力学性能提高的同时,不仅有改进的阻燃性能,还有一定的抑烟作用。NR/EMT/GMA体系与纯NR体系比较,PHRR降低了34%,EHC降低了21%,烟生成速率降低16.8%。 Under 30kW · m^-2 of heat flux, tile combustion behaviors of NR/modified MMT(EMT) nano-composite were studied in this paper. PHRR, THR, EHC, TSR and MLR were tested. The remits showed that the nano-composite which was prepared by introducing GMA in-situ had improved mechanic proterties, flame retardance property and smoke suppress effect. Compared with pure NR, PHRR of the nano-composite reduced 34%, EHC 21% and SPR 16.8%.
