摘 要: 探讨了基于项目的微观和宏观经济效果相结合的水利工程项目综合效益评价支持系统的体系结构,基于灰色理论和系统评价方法建立了相应的模型库、方法库、知识库,借助Visual C++语言开发了相应软件.通过湖南省四水流域治理工程项目实例研究,分析表明该系统有利于提高水利工程项目的后期投资管理运行的科学性. The software architecture of support system for comprehensive evaluation of water conservancy projects is discussed in detail. Based on the grey system theory and the comprehensive evaluation theory, the model library, method base and knowledge base are built. By using Visual C++ language, the corresponding software is developed and applied to evaluate the comprehensive effects of water conservancy projects in the Lishui River basin, the Yuanshui River basin, the Zishui River basin and the Xiangjiang River basin in Hunan Province. The results are satisfactory.
