摘　　要： 用９０５２３－１瘤胃菌丛，在人工瘤胃发酵装置中进行发酵试验。结果表明，在优化生态条件下（温度４０℃，扰动强度２０ｍｉｎ／ｈ及Ｃ／Ｎ值９／１）或在某些生态因子较差时，发酵生成的挥发性脂肪酸的动力学特性，均为丙二酸按指数函数规律代谢，而乙酸和乙酸／丙二酸的摩尔比均呈幂函数规律递增，发酵动力学趋向强化乙酸型。 A fermentation experiment of crude fiber with a strain of rumen bacteria 90523-1, which was isolated by Sichuan Institute of Natural Resources, was carried out in an artificial rumen. The result indicated that under a relatively favorable condition, i.e.when the temperature of fermentation was 40℃, the rate of turbulence was 20 min/h and the ratio of C/N was about 9/1, or under a relatively unfavorable condition, i.e. when one or several factors relatively unfit for the fermentation, the kinetics of VFA displayed that the content of manolate decreased according to the power function while the content of acetate increased according to logistic function, and the trend of acetate increasing was emphasized.
