摘　　要： 综述了近几年来出现的免疫检测技术的新方法,简要介绍了它们的原理、特点及其应用,并做出相应的比较。免疫检测技术是基于抗体抗原反应的原理对待测物进行定量定性分析的检测方法,具有特异性强、灵敏度高、简便等优点,是现代生命科学的重要研究手段,在生物分析检测领域有着广泛的应用前景。此外,展望了免疫检测技术的发展方向,以期为有关的科研工作者提供参考。 Immunoassay is an important method in modern life science, and can be qualitative and quantitative analysis. The principle of immunoassay is the specific reaction between antibody and antigen, which has high sensitivity, high specificity, and convenient. So that it has widely application in bio-analysis. In this manuscript, the principle, characteristic, and application of immunoassay methods were disscussed. Furthermore, the prospects of immunoassay technology also outlined in the mauscript.
