摘 要: 为了提高冷连轧过程中轧制稳定性与模型计算精度,以宝钢1220五机架冷连轧机为研究对象,充分考虑到冷连轧过程的生产工艺特点,直接采用原始非线性负荷模型,在不做任何有损计算精度的数学简化的前提下,利用powell优化方法实现冷连轧过程中间厚度在线优化设定,不但提高了计算速度与计算精度,而且解决了计算过程中不收敛的问题,杜绝现场因模型问题而造成意外停机事故的发生,具有进一步推广应用的价值。 In order to improve the stabilization and calculation precision for cold rolling,the 1220mm five-stand cold tandem mill was taken as an object of investigation. With consideration of characteristics of cold rolling, the original nonlinear load model is adopted with Powell optimization to realize on-line optimization of intermediate thickness steup without reduction of calculation precision. In this way not only the calculation speed and precision can be improved largely, but also non-convergence in the calculation procedure can be prevented. Because of avoidance of troubles caused by problems in calculation model, more benefits can be obtained.
