摘　　要： 美国硅谷科技创新的三大成功经验模式为科技园、模块化分工、风险投资基金,而中国在科研创新中存在的科研主体不明确、科研成果转化率低、风险投资基金不完善等不足,中国科技创新要改革科研创新体制,发挥企业和科研人员的积极性,为科研提供资金、法律、硬件环境等支持,实现我国的自主创新战略。 This paper analyses the successful experiences of The Silicon Valley, i.e. science and technology garden, modularity, venture investment funding and so on. Then it discusses the shortages of Chinese R&D strategies in the following cases: ambiguity in its main body of science research, the low ratio of translation of scientific research result, shortage of venture investment funding and so forth. At last, it puts forward some suggestions for Chinese R&D strategies to reform scientific research system, to enhance the enthusiasm of enterprises and researchers to take part in innovation activities, to support scientific research with funding,law and good environment,and to reach our country’s scientific innovation goals ultimately.
