试油井下管柱载荷测试器的研制及应用

摘  要: 为了验证试油井下管柱力学理论分析的准确性,创新研制了试油井下管柱载荷测试器。测试器由井下测试短节和地面参数预置、回放、处理系统两大部分组成。井下测试短节主要由内筒(应变筒)和外筒组成,与管柱连接在一起下井。根据材料力学和弹性力学理论,通过粘贴于内筒的轴向、环向、45°角应变片测出的应变信号可以导出轴向力、内压、扭矩等管柱载荷数值。应变信号经放大、A/D转化后存储于存储器中。试油结束,管柱与仪器出井后,回放、处理即可得到井下管柱载荷。制作的6只井下管柱载荷测试短节,下井进行了20井次现场测试,结果表明理论研究的计算结果与实测值的相对误差小于10%。 To measure the loads on downhole tubular strings during well testing to verify the accuracy of theoretical research and calculations,a special measurement system is initiatively developed.The measurement system consists of subsurface sub and surface computer system of data setting,data acquisition and data disposition.The subsurface sub,connected to testing tubing,consists of outer casing and inner cylinder.The axial load,inner pressure and torque can be derived from the strain gauges along hoop direction,axial direction and 45° direction in the inner cylinder.The strains are acquired,disposed and controlled by digital electronic elements and a microcomputer.After well testing is finished and the subsurface sub is unconnected from tubular string,the strains stored in the microcomputer are transmitted to surface computer system.The measurement system is used in 20 wells.And,the axial loads on tubular strings under several thousands meters are acquired.
