下部钻柱涡动机理及规律研究

摘  要: 根据转子动力学理论,转子的涡动机理及规律与碰摩作用密切相关,考虑下部钻柱与井壁之间是否发生碰摩作用,应用转子动力学理论建立了2个下部钻柱涡动分析模型,探讨了下部钻柱涡动机理及规律。下部钻柱与井壁之间可能存在2种碰摩作用:一是"部分碰摩"作用;二是"全周碰摩"作用。理论分析表明:(1)下部钻柱的同步正向涡动源于下部钻柱的质量偏心,而反向涡动源于下部钻柱与井壁之间的碰摩作用;(2)下部钻柱的反向涡动状态相当于钻柱沿井壁做无滑动的反向滚动,反向涡动频率与自转频率之比等于钻柱半径与井眼间隙之比。 According to the rotor dynamics theory,the vortex mechanism and rule of the rotor are closely related to the collision and friction interaction.Considering whether the collision and friction interaction may occur between the bottom drill string and borehole wall,two vortex models of bottom drill string are derived by rotor dynamics theory.In addition,the vortex mechanism and rule of bottom drill string are discussed.Two kinds of collision and friction interaction may exist between the bottom drill string and borehole wall,that is,one is 'partial collision and friction',the other is 'circumferential collision and friction'.Based on theoretical research,some conclusions are drawn as follows:(1) the forward synchronous vortex of bottom drill string is due to its mass distribution eccentricity,but the backward vortex is due to the collision and friction interaction between bottom drill string and borehole wall;(2) the backward vortex of bottom drill string is similar to the backward non-sliding rolling of drill string along the borehole wall.The ratio between backward vortex frequency and self-rotating frequency equals to the ratio between the radius of bottom drill string and the borehole clearance.
