摘 要: 介绍一款以ATmega128单片机为核心,由可编程计数芯片构成三相同步移相触发电路,采用锁相环实现触发脉冲及交流采样频率自适应的微机型同步发电机可控硅励磁调节器。该装置具有结构简单、触发脉冲不占用CPU时间、脉冲分辨率高和自动频率修正等优点。在中小型水电站和糖厂自备电站中的长期实际运行证明该励磁调节器性能可靠、抗干扰能力强、响应速度快,解决了由于调节器响应速度慢而引起的欠励、过励或过电压事故,其各项技术性能指标均达到或优于国家标准和部颁标准。 This paper introduces a new micro machine silicon controlled excitation regulator of synchronous generator whose core is ATmega128 SCM. It adopts phase locked loop to achieve trigger pulse and realizes the AC sampling frequency's self-adapting. Its three-phase phase shifting trigger circuit is made of programmable counting CMOS chips. This set is with virtues of simple structure, costing no CPU trigger time, high pulse distinguish frequency and self-correcting frequency. The practical application proves that this excitation regulator's capability performance is credible, ability of anti-jamming is strong and responding speed is very fast which solve problems of underexeitation, overexietation and overvoltage due to regulator's slow responding speed.
