摘 要: 成人教育课程建设缺乏考虑成人学习者的需求和成人教育的特点,照搬普通教育课程做法的现象普遍存在。成人教育课程建设应有符合成人教育特点的价值取向。文章从成人教育课程的目标、课程的设置、课程的设计、课程的内容结构、课程的组织形式与方法等方面叙述成人教育课程建设的价值取向。 The course construction of adult education lacks considering the adult students' demands and the characteristics of adult education. It is popular that adult education indiscriminately imitates common education courses. The course construction should conform to the value orientation of adult education characteristics. This thesis analyses its value orientation mainly from the objective, arrangement, design, content structure, organization form and method of adult education course construction.
