摘 要: 描述了一个基于Windows的通用SCA-DA系统的实现和应用。详细说明了系统的硬件和软件的配置和实现。在系统基本功能的基础上集成实用的功能模块,形成了一个开放式的软件包。指出了通用性设计的益处。对仍在开发中的功能作了简要描述。集成化的配电调度系统使得操作和通信更加高效,利于促进故障恢复、降低维护费用。 An integrated approach would potentially provide dispatchers with efficient operation and communication, speld up restoration from system disturbance, reduce maintenance costs, and improve availability of operational data. This paper presents a general purpose Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA) system based on MS Windows operating system. The hardware and software configuration and achievements of the system are described in detail, and the advantages of software general service ability are expressed. Our study result is a software package which provides an open architecture environment with integrated data and applications. The objective is to achieve an advanced distribution automation system by increasing integration of power system functions in future applications.
