摘 要: 为了在生产上更好地利用棉花温敏不育系,采用在自然条件下分期播种和人工定温试验相结合的方法,研究了棉花温敏不育系TMS-2在湛江制种的可行性.结果表明,TMS-2的雄性育性随着温度的升高而降低,随温度的降低而升高;其育性转换临界温度为27~28℃;其敏感时期是开花前5~15 d;利用TMS-2在湛江6月下旬至7月中旬制种,成功率可达93.1%. To utilize cotton thermo-sensitive male sterile line better, through sequential sowing in natural conditions and different temperature treatment in growth chambers, the feasibility of crossbreeding of cotton thermo-sensitive male sterile line TMS-2 in Zhanjiang province was studied. The result showed: The fertility of TMS-2 went up while temperature went down, and it went down while temperature went up; The critical temperature of fertility alteration of TMS-2 was between 27 ℃ and 28 ℃ ; The sensitive phase was 5 - 15 days before blossoming; If it could be made between the last ten days of June and the middle ten days of July, the successful ratio of crossbreeding would reach 93.1%.
