摘　　要： 在工程装备现代管理体系中，全寿命管理对于客观、全面地评估工程装备各个管理阶段的质量和水平具有重要的意义。在构建工程装备全寿命管理目标评价指标体系的基础上，应用工程装备精确化和效益化管理这一思想，探讨了工程装备管理过程综合评价模型，分析了综合评价的程序及实现方法，并较全面地考虑了评价过程中的定性指标及定量指标，为工程装备全寿命管理目标评价与系统决策提供了应用方法及手段。 In the modern management system of engineer equipment, all life cycle management is important for evaluating the quality and level at each management stage of engineer equipment objectively and comprehensively. On the basis of establishing objective evaluation index system for all life cycle management of engineer equipment, and according to the idea of precise and economic management, the general evaluation model for management process of engineer equipment are discussed, the procedure and realization methods for general evaluation are analyzed, and the qualitative and quantitative indexes during the evaluation process are taken into consideration.
