摘　　要： 本文从公共经济学的外部性概念入手,分析了城中村的给其所在的城市所带来的正负外部性,探讨了城中村外部性内部化的机制,并通过分析现有的外部性问题内部化的方法和措施,提出在和谐社会构建过程中,城中村外部性的内部化政策建议。 This paper tries to analysis the different externals of urban villages by beginning with the concept of externality - a public economic concept, and to find the mechanism of its internalization. Finally the paper discusses the measures and policies of internalizing the externalities of urban villages.
