摘　　要： 借助层次分析法，对哈尔滨市消防对策进行了层次分析，从而理出各种消防对策的轻重缓急，为消防对策的具体设施奠定了基础。 This paper caries on a hierachical analysis on the countermeasures of fire protection in Harbin with the hierachiacl analysis process, and puts the countermeasures of fire protection in order. A foundation for that countermeasures of fire protection is being put into effect.
