摘　　要： 市场经济和高校扩招使传统的毕业实习方式面临许多障碍,本文分析了当前化工专业毕业实习面临的主要困难,对目前主要采取的毕业实习方式及其优缺点进行了归纳和评述,并根据广东地区化工企业的分布特点,探讨了化工专业毕业实习的实习模式改革,提出了关于分散实习模式及其实施的管理制度,以促进化工专业毕业实习教学质量的提高。 Challenged by the present market economy and the expansion of college and university enrolment, the traditional graduation practice is confronted with many difficulties. In this paper, the difficulties in graduation practice for chemical engineering students were analyzed, the present types of graduation practice, as well as their pros and cons, were reviewed and commented. According to the current state of chemical plant distributed in Guangdong, graduation practice for chemical engineering students and its mode were discussed and researched, the mode of dispersive practice and its organization and management were given, in order to enhance the effect of the university＇s graduation practice.
