摘　　要： 淀粉基于它生物可降解性、含多羟基易于交联和取代等生物化学特征,在生物医药领域的研究占有重要地位,尤其是在新型药物的载体。本文着重介绍淀粉赋形剂对于药物缓释作用的研究与应用进展。 Starch, based on its characteristics of being biologically degradable and being cross-linked and substituted easily etc, plays an important role in the pharmaceutical field. Especially, it can be used as pharmaceutical carrier in controlled drug release system. Recent progress was particularly introduced in this paper in some sustained-release systems including starch excipient.
