摘 要: 介绍了逆向工程在全自动玻璃切割机中的应用流程,并针对国内玻璃行业自动化起步较晚,技术相对落后的特点,提出了利用广角相机拍摄玻璃图样,利用光电传感器扫描,基于机器人示教再现原理设计的轮廓输入设备这几种逆向工程技术方案,分析了每种方案的优缺点和适用范围,在实际中具有指导意义。 The application flow of reverse engineering applying in the glass cutter is introduced in the beginning of this article. Aim at relatively unenlightened glass field, several methods for getting the figure data is presented : utilize wide - ngle camera to get glass design,utilize photoelectric pickup to scan and utilize robot teaching principle. And also analysis advantage, disadvantage and available of each method.
