摘　　要： 执政资源是中国共产党新的领导集体提出的执政理论建设七个方面内容之一。目前学界对有关执政资源的研究成果日渐丰富。为推进执政资源的研究进一步深化和系统化,应从三个方面去审视执政资源建设:从质和量两方面的方法论意义去把握执政资源建设;从动态的发展变化中去把握执政资源的开发与整合;从党的利益与人民利益的关系中去把握执政资源建设。 The new leading collectives with Hu Jintao as its core put forward seven points about building governing theories, governing resources as one of them. At present, the research achievements concerning governing resources are increasing. For the sake of further deepening and systematizing the research of governing resources, this thesis will make a survey of building governing resources from three perspectives： from the methodological significance from qualitative and quantitative views; from the dynamic development; from the relationship the interests between the Party and the people.
