摘 要: 采用摩擦学系统分析方法研究了中部槽摩擦学系统结构,在此基础上,探讨了中部槽磨损失效的类型及其影响因素。分析表明:中部槽摩擦学系统结构由摩擦学系统元素、元素的性质及元素的相互作用组成,中部槽磨损失效以磨料磨损、腐蚀磨损占主导地位,重载时可能发生黏着磨损。 Tribological systems structure of ore chamfer was studied by tribological systematical analysis, on the base of which the types of and corresponding influence elements were discussed. The results show that the the tribological systems structure of ore chamfer was comprise of tribological systems element, the elements' characteristics and the interaction, the abrasive grain and corrosion wear are the principal types, the occurrence of the adhesion wear is probable under tha action of the high load.
