摘 要: 在沸石分子筛中可以形成稳定的、分子尺寸的半导体团簇。这类团簇具有单相性、均匀性好的特点,并可形成三维量子超晶格结构。本文简单介绍沸石分子筛的结构及反应性之后,对团簇的组装技术及表征方法进行了详细的讨论,对半导体团簇的特征、性质反应用前景进行了较系统的论述。并指出了这类团簇材料应用存在的问题及发展方向。 Stable semiconductor clusters with molecular siaes may be formed in zeolite molecu- lar sieves. This kind of clusters have a very pure phase and uniform size distribution ,and may fabricate three dimensional superlattice. In this paper , the structures and chemical reactivity of zeolites are briefly introduced , then the methods for cluster encapsulation and charcterization are described in detail. Their structural , physical properties and po- tential applications are critically reviewed. The prospecting and problems for practical application of these materials are also pointed out.
