摘 要: 研究了PID参数模糊自整定控制器在加热炉煤气流量控制系统中的自动调节过程.通过与传统PID比较,结果表明,PID参数模糊自整定控制使流量较快达到稳定.这有利于控制加热炉的生产运行. This study is concerned with the application of self-adjustable fuzzy-PID used for the coal gas flux control system for reheating furnace. A comparison of the fuzzy-PID with the conventional PID showed that the gas flow could be stabilized faster with fuzzy PID than the conventional one, which is beneficial to a smooth operation of the reheating furnace.
