摘　　要： 高校毕业生是社会的宝贵财富,其就业问题直接影响着经济的发展和社会的稳定,关系着高等教育的健康协调发展。要解决高校毕业生就业难的问题关键在于构建和谐的就业环境。因此,有必要透析和谐就业环境的含义,从中分析影响其构建的因素,明确构建和谐就业环境的现实意义,使全社会对这一工程有更深刻的认识。 The graduates are treasure to the society. Their employment index may directly deal with the development of the social economy and the stabilization of our society, and is important to the healthy and harmonious development of the higher education. Harmonious employment environment is the key to solve the problems of difficulties in graduates＇ employment. The author is intending to analysis the factors of constructing harmonious employment environment by consulting its signification, to give suggestions and to clarify the significance of this undertaking so that it would be further realized by the whole society.
