喷油压力与供油提前角对乙醇柴油发动机的性能影响

摘  要: 通过实验方法研究喷油压力与供油提前角对燃用乙醇柴油混合燃料的发动机性能的影响规律。研究结果表明喷油压力增大,功率升高,油耗增加,烟度显著降低,NOx排放变化不大,HC,CO的排放会增加;转速升高,喷油压力对HC,CO排放的影响减弱;随着供油提前角增大,功率基本不变,油耗先增加后降低,NOx排放升高,烟度降低,HC与CO的排放呈先增大再降低的趋势。 The paper studied the effect of fuel injection pressure & fuel supply advance angle on characteristics of ethanol-diesel blend engine. The results showed that the engine power and the fuel consumption increased, the exhaust smoke emission decreased largely, NOx emission was changed a little with increase of fuel injection pressure. And HC and CO emission increased with the increase of fuel injection pressure, but the increasing effect was weakened with the engine revolution increased. When fuel supply advance angle increased, the engine power did not change, the fuel consumption decreased firstly, and then increased, NOx was increased, exhaust smoke emission decreased, and HC and CO emission increased firstly, and then decreased.
