摘 要: 分析了半封闭类零件结构,阐述了常见的半封闭弯曲件的卸料装置设计。通过将机械结构中最常用的连杆机构巧妙地应用到模具的卸料中,实现冲压件的自动卸料,并详述自动卸料的工作原理。为保证模具可靠卸料,不但要有良好的制造精度,而且设计了调节螺杆保证卸料可靠。该机构能够安全可靠的卸料,具有良好的通用性。 The article analyzed the structure of semi-closed part and introduced the popular unload system for semi-closed parts. By applying the link-pole framework, unload work was made easy and automatic. Principle of automatic unload was presented in this article. In order to making unload reliable, it is necessary not only to have mold high precision, but also to design adjusted screw. This system is safe and reliable and it can be used for other similar parts.
