摘 要: 利用X射线衍射和扫描电镜研究MgO-Al2O3-SiO2系统微晶玻璃的晶化行为.结果表明,TiO2质量分数少于6%的玻璃,最先析出的是μ-堇青石,最终主晶相是α-堇青石,玻璃为表面析晶.TiO2质量分数为6%的玻璃,最先析出的是镁铝钛酸盐(MAT),最终主晶相是α-堇青石,玻璃为整体析晶.在950℃时开始检测到含锆相,在950~1100℃范围内表现为ZrO2/TiO2固溶体形式.X射线衍射没有检测到其他含锆相.晶核剂TiO2和ZrO2是通过分相而影响玻璃晶化的,但ZrO2促进分相的能力略低于TiO2. The crystallization behaviors of MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 glass-ceramics were investigated by the method of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Results show that when the addition of TiO2 was less than 6%, the primary crystalline phase was μ-cordierite and the final major phase was α-cordierite, glass began to crystallize from the surface. When the addition of TiO2 was 6%, the primary crystalline phase was magnesium aluminum titanate and the final major phase was α-cordierite, glass was bulk crystallization. The phase containing zirconium was detected first at 950℃. ZrO2 was in the form of Zr/Ti solid solution during 950 - 1 000℃ in glass-ceramic and XRD did not detect other forms of zirconium.
