摘 要: 针对在无线射频识别(RFID)卡生产过程中会采用不同材质或不同颜色的柔性基板的情况,提出了一种利用CCD扫描图像灰度均值作为反馈信号来控制光源光强进行自动调节的方法,以获取不同柔性基板的高质量的特征标志线图像。给出了用FPGA实现该技术的方法,介绍了使用QuartusII设计的光强自动调节电路的各个功能模块,给出了仿真验证结果,并在实验平台上对RFID柔性基板进行了实际的应用测试。该技术已成功应用在RFID卡封装设备的自动纠偏控制系统中,运作良好。 In view of the situation that soft base plates with different material or different colors are used in rewireless trequeney identification(RFID) card production line, an automatic control technology of light intensity is proposed by using the average gray value of CCD scanning image as feedback control signal in order to obtain high quality image of characteristic line. A method to implement this technology in FPGA is proposed. Each function block of intensity automatic regulation circuit designed by QuartusII is introduced. The simulation results are given. Application testing results of RFID soft base plate on lab platform are presented. This technology is applied to the deviation correction system in the RFID card production line.
