摘 要: 探索了三(环氧丙基)异氰尿酸酯(TGIC)的清洁生产工艺。简要介绍了TGIC工艺反应原理、工艺生产流程;重点介绍了该工艺特点,包括含盐废水处理及回收利用,用中和法处理含盐废水,可回收4%左右的环氧氯丙烷原料,工业用盐纯度达95%,用副产品法处理含盐废水,可产纯度89%的工业用盐,同时还可生产水溶性树脂副产品;废水封闭循环利用,使生产过程无废水排放;母液回收利用,可生产光敏树脂。与旧工艺相比,降低了原料消耗指标,增加了TGIC产品纯度,废水废渣综合利用,变废为宝,使整个生产工艺无污染物排放,实现了清洁生产的目的,并增加了经济效益。 The clean production process of triglycidyl isocyanurate was studied in this article. The reaction mechanism of triglycidyl isocyanurate and the production process were briefly mentioned, but the characteristics of production process were introduced in detail. The treatment of the saliferous waste water could reused about 4 percent ECH as material and the industrial salt purity was about 95 percent. The method producing by - product could obtain a watersoluble resin and the industrial salt purity was about 85 percent. The production process produced no waste water by closed circulation of the waste water. The recycle of the liquid after the production could obtain a photosensitive resin. Compared with the old process, the new process has the characteristics in lower consumption of material and increased purity of the p;'oduct. The complex treatment of the wasted water and the wasted solid has not only achieved the objective of clean production but also increased the industry income without any contamination discharged.
