摘 要: 采用SEM、TEM、XRD、EDS等手段研究热浸镀铝层的微观结构和成分。结果发现,镀铝层的表面层存在非晶态金属相。分别将热浸镀含稀土和不含稀土的铝液体急冷和缓冷后分析表明,镀铝后的铝-铁合金液在急冷过程中具有非晶形成能力;添加稀土后,非晶形成能力增加,即使在缓慢冷却条件下,组织中也有非晶态金属相形成。 The microstructure and composition in hot dip aluminized layer of steel were investigated through scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffractometry (XRD) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). The amorphous phase is found in the outer layer of hot-dip aluminized layer. In order to clear the phenomenon, the Al-Fe alloy liquids used in hot dip aluminizing were quickly solidified and slowly solidified respectively. The results show that under quick solidification both Al-Fe alloy samples with or without La contain amorphous phase. While the Al-Fe alloy liquids are solidified slowly, the amorphous phase is only found in sample with La.
