摘 要: 本文基于Hele-Show流动,采用Dinh定向计算模型,运用分层计算方法模拟中等浓度短纤维增强塑料在注塑流动成型过程中纤维的取向状态,以多层的定向描述了制品截面内的整体定向情况。 Basing on Hele-shaw flow,Dinh model is used to simulate fiber orientation for medium concentration short fiber reinforced plastics in injection molding process. In calculation of fiber orientation, superposition method is proposed. By means of this method, the orientation of the part is described by the orientation in every layer of the part in the cross section.
