摘 要: 介绍了U形弯曲的模型建立、U形弯曲回弹的量化表示方法,数值模拟压边力对弯曲回弹的影响以及U形弯曲回弹的实验研究的实验装置及试样。试验结果表明:压边力在一定范围内变化时,U形零件的弯曲回弹角随着压边力的增加而减小;U形零件的侧壁曲率半径随着压边力的增大而增大,即侧壁卷曲变小。通过选择合适的压边力值可减小U形零件的弯曲回弹,优化压边力可获得高质量的弯曲零件。 The modeling of U-shaped bending and the quantification presentation of U-shaped bending resilience were stated. The effects of blankholder pressure on the bending resilience were researched by using numerical simulation. The facilities and samples used in the experimental study on the resilience were described. The test results indicates that when the blankholder pressure varies within limits, the spring hack angle will decrease with the increase of blankholder pressure; the curvature radius of U-shaped component side wall will increase with the augmentation of blankholder pressure, i.e. the curling of side wall will lessen. It is concluded that the appropriate selection of blankholder pressure value can diminish the resilience, and the optimization of blankholder pressure can obtain high quality of bent parts.
