摘　　要： 综述了底泥主要污染物重金属、营养物质(氮、磷)和难降解有机物向上覆水体释放的机理和影响规律,并指出该研究领域尚需解决的技术难题:重视对能代表大水体实际情况实验装置的研制开发以及野外观测与室内实验的密切结合、加强沉积物—水体界面之间物质扩散交换过程的机理研究,建立污染物释放模型;加强底泥污染物释放的动力学研究。 The mechanisms and influence rules of the release of heavy metals, nutrition （phosphorus and nitrogen） and organic compounds that were hard to be degraded in surface water were summarized. The technical difficulties in the field were proposed, i.e., manufacturing experimental instruments for simulating the actual condition of large water bodies, the combination of field survey and laboratorial experiment, the research on mechanisms of material diffusion and exchange between sediment-water interface, the establishment of pollutant release model, and the study on dynamics of pollutants releasing from sediments.
