摘 要: 对预处理改进全棉秆化学法制浆进行了研究。结果表明,与常规法相比较,对原料进行浸渍-挤压预处理可改善成浆的漂白性能和去尘埃效果,但强度性能有所降低,尤其是耐折度;对于不同的蒸煮方法,KP法制浆有较好的除尘埃效果;AQ的加入对除尘埃作用较小;ASAQ浆较NaOH-AQ卡伯值高,但由于其未漂浆颜色浅,其漂后浆白度仍与NaOH-AQ浆相接近,二者的尘埃度差别也较小。 The effect of pretreatment on improving chemical pulping of whole cotton stalk was studied. The results show that compared with conventional pulping processes, pretreatment by impregnation and compression could improve bleaching properties and dirt removing of the finished pulp, but strength property, especially folding endurance, decreased somewhat; among the different cooking processes, kraft pulping process had better effect on dirt removing, but adding AQ had little effect on dirt removing; AS-AQ pulp process has higher Kappa number than NaOH-AQ' s, but for the light color of the unbleached pulp, the brightness of bleached pulp was close to that of NaOH-AQ pulp and had little difference in dirt count.
