摘 要: 近年来政府对房地产市场进行宏观调控的措施不断加强,但无但无论如何,我们始终不应忘掉,政府应依法行政,政府的最终目标是建设法治政府。因此,对房地产市场的宏观调控也应依法进行,甚至应将经济宏观调控措施和政策纳入法治的轨道,唯有如此,才能达到标本兼治的目的。 This article analyzes the macroeconomic regulation measures which have been adopted by the government on real estate market in recent years, and suggests that the government should implement the macroeconomic regulation according to the law. Also in this paper, the author discusses law of macroeconomic regulation and the liabilities of government during its macroeconomic regulation activities. Eventually the author makes some suggestions on the improvement of macroeconomic regulation activities which will be taken by the government in the future.
