摘　　要： 结合我国内审员后续教育的现状,以现代教育技术所具备的优势出发,通过建立一种既发挥教师的主导作用,又充分体现学员主体作用的内审员后续教育培训的"双主"模式,提高后续教育的培训效果。 Combining the existing condition of further education of internal auditors, from the advantages of modern education technology, through establishing a training mode, not only lets the teacher play leading role, but also manifests the main body function of the students, improves the effect of further education.
