摘　　要： 利用表面施胶取代浆内施胶已成为一些包装纸产品施胶的发展趋势。利用一种高抗水性聚合物表面施胶剂(YH-1)对瓦楞原纸及涂布白板纸进行了表面施胶生产试验。试验结果表明,YH-1表面施胶剂的施胶效果明显优于浆内松香施胶效果,较好地解决了包装纸易受潮变形的问题,且施胶成本低于浆内施胶工艺。同时,表面施胶后纸张的表面平滑度有所提高,掉毛掉粉现象明显减少。 Application of surface sizing in packaging has become a trend to replace internal sizing. Strong waterproofing synthetic surface sizing agent （ YH-1 ） was tested in production of corrugated board paper and coated paper. The results showed that the sizing efficiency of surface sizing is higher than that of internal sizing, which overcome the deformation problem under wetting circumstance. Moreover, the smoothness of sized paper increased and the degree of linting and pull-up decreased apparently after surface sizing.
