摘 要: 由于经典的无限长管柱力学理论不再适用于两端受到封隔器约束的有限长跨隔段管柱,因此,考虑井眼和封隔器的约束,用微元体分析法和能量法对跨隔管柱的弯曲行为重新进行了分析。分析表明,在井眼和封隔器的约束下,跨隔段管柱有三种屈曲构型:一个半波弯曲、两个半波弯曲和螺旋弯曲。求得了三个弯曲临界载荷,跨距间管柱的挠度、弯矩及弯曲应力计算公式。据此,可以计算跨距间管柱、工具的强度或由跨距间管柱及工具强度所允许的测试压差。 The classic mechanics theory based on the pipe of unlimited length can not be applied to the pipe restricted by packers at both ends. Therefore, considering the restriction of the wellbore and packers, the differential method and energy method was used to analyze the bend of pipe between the two packers. The analysis indicate that, under the restriction of wellbore and packers, the pipe between packers has three types of bend, one half-wave, two half-wave, and helical bend. The critical loads for these three bend, the deflection of the pipe between packers, the bend momentum and stress were calculated. Therefore, the strength of the pipe and the tools cane be calculated and the allowed testing pressure difference associated with this strength.
