摘 要: 针对中途测试掉胶筒的问题,首先检验了现用裸眼压缩式封隔器胶筒的理化性能,对掉井概率最高的压缩式封隔器胶筒的材质和应力进行了分析,在此基础上,改良了胶筒材质及成型工艺,以胶筒强度安全为条件提出了裸眼中测允许测试压差的计算方法。检验表明,现用丁睛橡胶制作的、用裹胶方式模压成形胶筒的拉伸强度与扯断伸长率达不到标准要求;用改进氟橡胶制作、用注胶方式模压成型胶筒的各项指标都高于标准要求,最高耐温达到190℃,最大工作压差70 MPa,优于用丁睛橡胶制作的胶筒。用改进材料制作的胶筒,在允许测试压差范围内下井使用,未发生掉胶筒事故,基本解决了裸眼中测胶筒损坏的问题。 In order to solve the problem of packer rubber falling during drill-stem testing, the physical and chemical properties of rubber of the current used compression packer were examined; the material property and the stress of rubber of the compression packer with highest falling percentage were analyzed. The material property of packer rubber and the manufacturing technique were improved. The allowed testing pressure difference during drill-stem testing in open hole was proposed considering on the strength safety of the packer rubber. Test results indicate that tensile strength and the allowed extensibility of current rubber made of nitrile rubber by means of mould pressing can not satisfy required standards. The performances of the rubber made of improved fluororubber by means of impregnation processing are better than required standards. The packer rubber can satisfy the highest temperature of 190 ℃ and the maximum pressure difference of 70 MPa which is better than the rubber made of nitrile. No packer rubber falling accidents were occurred when he packer rubber were made of the improved material used in the allowed testing pressure difference. The packer rubber broken problem in open hole was solved basically.
