摘 要: 复杂井裸眼中测经常出现工具弯曲、掉胶筒、掉胶筒骨架等问题,分析认为这主要与工具制造、管串配置、胶筒材料及加工工艺、胶筒、骨架及测试压差的选择有关,从而提出了裸眼测试工具、管柱组合、测试参数选择的原则,指出应以井下管柱与工具、封隔器胶筒、胶筒骨架强度安全为前提确定允许的最小测试压差。塔河油田多口井采用改进的中测工艺均取得了良好的效果,未出现封隔器落井、工具损坏等事故。 The tool bend, packer rubber falling and falling of the skeleton structure of the packer rubber are commonly occurred in the drill-stem testing in open hole of complicated wells. The analysis indicates that this is mainly related to the tool manufacturing, pipe configuration, packer rubber material and the manufacturing technique, packer rubber, the skeleton structure of the packer rubber and the selection of the testing pressure difference. The principles for open hole testing tool, drill stem combination and the selection of testing parameters were proposed. The minimum testing pressure difference should be determined bases on the strength safety of drill stem and tool, packer rubber and the skeleton structure of the packer rubber. The results of using the improved drill-stem testing technique in Tahe Oilfield were very good and no accidents, such as packer falling and tool broken, were occurred.
