摘　　要： 在界定赛事转播权定义和设立原因的经济分析的基础上,对其进行法律性质和权利开发体系内容探讨,从而对2010年广州亚运会赛事转播权的市场开发的权利内容体系及需要注意的问题提出自己的建议。 This paper bases on the definition and economical reason of the television relay fight of establishment; the author discusses legal property and development systems of content. At last, some suggestions for television relay right of Asia Game and certain problems that necessary attentions are proposed.
