摘 要: 文章分析了新时期高校学生工作任务繁重而学生工作人力资源缺乏的矛盾现状,提出了应从在读优秀学生中选拔辅导员助理的现实意义。 Currently counselors in higher institutes are under-staffed and over-worked. In light of the tough situation, this paper advances the suggestion that excellent students be selected as assistant counselors, then it analyzes the realistic significance thereof.
