摘　　要： 多媒体和计算机网络等现代化教学手段为传统教学提供了丰富的教学模式,文章就网络教学模式在"电子商务原理"中的优势及其实施进行探讨,充分利用网络的开放性、互动性等特点弥补传统教学中的不足,以提高学生的研究能力和实际动手能力。 The modern teaching methods, Including multimedia and computer networks, provide a wealth complementarities for the traditional modes of teaching. This article explores the advantages and the implementation of the Internet Teaching of ＂e-commerce principle＂. The openness and the interaction of the Internet Teaching of ＂e-commerce principle＂ make up the shortcoming of the traditional teaching methods so it can improve the students＇ practical skills and researching abilities.
