摘　　要： 文章回顾了包装工程的发展历史,简要介绍了其研究领域,重点分析了广东工业大学包装工程专业教学实践及其教学特点。 This paper firstly looks back the historical development of packaging engineering, and its research fields. Furthermore, it analyzes emphatically the teaching practice as well as teaching the course of packaging engineering in Guangdong University of Technology.
