摘　　要： 文章简述了开展大学生科研训练活动的意义,学生科研梯队的构建及指导科研训练的方法,通过对科研训练活动进行总结,阐明开展大学生科研训练活动有利于提高和促进创新人才的培养。 In this paper, the author analyzes the significance of research training activities and building up of research groups under the guidance of teachers. It also points out that research training activities are very useful for training innovation talents.
