摘　　要： 本文主要从企业并购与战略联盟协调配合的角度,对煤炭企业如何取得竞争优势进行了探讨。文章首先介绍了企业并购和战略联盟的概念及特征,然后基于产业演进理论对并购与战略联盟进行了分析,最终提出了煤炭企业通过并购与战略联盟获得竞争优势的模型,力求为煤炭企业的发展提供一个合理的思路。 The paper mainly discussed how coal enterprises gain competitive advantage from the coordination of strategic alliance and M＆A. Firstly, the paper showed the concept and feature of strategic alliance and M＆A , and then analyzed them based on theory of industrial evolution. Lastly, the paper presented the model that coal enterprises gain competitive advantage by strategic alliance and M＆A in order to show a valuable idea to coal enterprises.
