摘 要: 采用常规的材料及通用的工艺方法,通过低水胶比、低胶结材料用量,研制成功了流动性优良,抗压强度超过100MPa,耐久性优异的超高强高性能混凝土材料。研究内容包括超高强高性能混凝土材料的配合比,超高强高性能混凝土材料的抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、抗折强度、轴心抗压强度、静力弹性模量等力学性能;同时进行了电通量、抗氯离子渗透、SEM电子扫描等研究。 The ultra-high strength and high performance concrete (UHSPC), with excellent flowability, ultra-high compressive strength (more than 100MPa) and nice durability, has been developed by using ordinary materials, low cement dosage and traditional mixing technology.The research wo.rk includes the mixing of UHSPC and the test of compressive strength, splitting strength, flexural strength, axial compressive strength and elasticity module.This study also carries out durability research by electricity flux and chlorine ion infiltration.SEM electronic images conelude that the concrete developed in this research has close-grained microstructure.
