摘 要: 本实验采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Ca3Co4O9陶瓷,对样品的显微结构和热电性能进行了表征。实验结果表明,Ca3Co4O9为取向无规则层片状组织,制备工艺参数对样品的显微结构和热电性能有重要影响。 Ca3Co4O9 ceramics were prepared by a sol-gel method and the appropriate fabrication technologies were fixed. The micro-structures of the ceramic samples were characterized by using XRD and SEM. The thermoelectric properties were determined by measuring electrical resistance and thermal conductivity. Ca3Co4O9 ceramics contain randomly-oriented plateshaped grains with layered structure. The fabrication technologies influence the microstructures and thermoelectric properties greatly.
